We recognize the potential roadblocks posed by employees to the introduction of new technology, however the nature of our system, coupled with the simplicity of operation, make the transition to full utilization a seemless part of routine employee refresher training at the pre-planned periodic intervals.
Equipment Implementation
Installation in Part 125 aircraft is designed to be staged with routine periodic maintenance checks so no equipment is pulled off-line at unscheduled times. Installation is an overnight process requiring as little as 6 man-hours to as much as 18 man-hours for the largest fleet aircraft. No added downtime is necessary for our system since it is preconfigured for compatibility with the latest system technology from the mainframe manufacturers.
Personnel Training
Training of both ground based personnel and airborne crewmembers can be done in as little as four hours, with periodic two-hour refreshers each 180 days, or as mandated by the airline operations. Training can take place at locations throughout the customer's hub and forward operating locations thereby making initial and refresher training convenient and efficient. i-Tex brings the training to you, and at reasonable cost by our professional training staff.
